Love Trumps Hate dinner to benefit the ACLU

Oaxacan pop-up dinner on millys-kitchen.com

This dinner is sold out. Thank your for your support!

America is a country of immigrants, for immigrants. Help it stay that way.

I'm super excited to announce the first Love Trumps Hate fundraising dinner! If, like me, you've been feeling shocked by the events of the past weeks but unsure how to take action, this dinner is for you! Come on out and join your neighbors for an evening of delicious food, good company and raising funds for a great cause.

100% of the evening's profits will go to the ACLU, who are working hard to make sure America remains an inclusive, hate-free nation and that all our citizens' human rights are respected.

I'll be featuring a Oaxaca-inspired menu in honor of the many talented, wise and generous women and men I met during my recent trip to Mexico. So gather up your people, spread the word and join me for an evening of food, community and standing up for what you believe in!

late-fall pop-up dinner

late-fall pop-up dinner with millys-kitchen.com

It's pop-up time again!

The dinner I hosted with my friend Kyle in August was so much fun, we're teaming up to bring you another one! On December 10th, we'll be popping up in Fremont for an evening of good food, good wine and pre-holiday good cheer.

You'll start with a welcome cocktail, then sit down for a family-style meal featuring four courses of local, seasonal ingredients and accompanied by a selection of beautiful wines. I'm thinking I might even break out my vinyl collection for this one and spin some retro tunes to get you in the holiday spirit!

So whether you'll be observing Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, the winter solstice or your very own winter traditions, gather up your friends and fam and join us for this celebratory feast!
